Monitoring Fertilizer Programmes
One of the biggest issues in oilpalm plantations is efficient management of nutrient inputs. We have just completed another development phase to improve OMP's capacity in this respect. Here are some screen shots showing what you will be able to do in the Data Analysis section of OMP to monitor nutrient inputs. I have only included fertilizers but the same facility will be available for organic sources (EFB, POME, decanter cake (DC).
Three screen shots are included to demonstrate what you can do in the data analysis section.
Screen Displays :
Estate level monitoring of nutrition programs
Screen displays information on budget and actual fertilizer application as tonnes and kg/palm for the selected month and the year to date figures. Data are summarized for the whole estate.

Figure: 1 Inorganic fertilizer status: Estate summary
Division level monitoring of nutrition programs
Screen displays information on budget and actual fertilizer application as tonnes and kg/palm for the month and year to date, summarized per division.
In this example a quick filter definition (right click filter) was applied to focus only on the selected fertilizer type MOP in the analysis results.

Figure 2: Inorganic fertilizer status: Division summary for selected fertilizer type MOP
To use a quick filter definition to display only a selected fertilizer type, right click on the fertilizer name you want as a selection criteria and select Filter by selection as your search criteria.

Progress monitoring of nutrition programs per block
Screen displays information on budget and actual fertilizer application as kg/palm for each month and the current difference between applied and budgeted amount per palm per year on a monthly basis.
The next tab will show the data recalculated into bags for an easy comparison with estate store and field budget and application reports.
